## QA-01: Smoke Test Global Orchestrator & Ergo-Mate

### Objective
Verify that major functionalities are at least accessible and do not crash: login, teacher dashboard, catalog, mission creation, mission display on Ergo-Mate side.

### Preconditions
- Test environment deployed with initialized DB
- At least one test tenant and base dataset (students, classes, themes)

### Test Steps
1. ✅ Check PHP environment and configuration
2. ✅ Verify database connectivity
3. ⏳ Test health endpoint
4. ⏳ Access Orchestrator UI as test teacher
5. ⏳ Open teacher dashboard, catalog, and theme editor
6. ⏳ Create a simple mission for a test class
7. ⏳ Open Ergo-Mate with a student from the test class
8. ⏳ Verify mission appears in mission list
9. ⏳ Start mission, answer quickly and submit
10. ⏳ Return to Orchestrator and verify mission appears in stats
